After having my daughter 9 years ago, I definitely did not feel well.
Clinically I was “normal” in the picture of health, but I certainly didn’t feel like it.

A bio computer perfectly programmed to carry us through life, it is doubtful that this computer system is making a mistake around the warning signs its trying to give you , on the contrary…they are all a wake up call that something is out of balance.
Sometimes its diet, sometimes it’s the lifestyle that is in appropriate and sometimes it’s both.
Lifestyle has an enormous effect on nutrition and diet, the way people eat, what they eat and how they eat is very strongly influenced by how busy people are and how they are doing in their lives.
A lot of people are over exerting their body, over demanding of their body with no time to reboot, rest, recover and de-stress. Does this sound like you? I definitely was.
So its not that we need more medications to fix the bio computer that is US – we need to give it a rest and slow down and not exceed the speed limit. As an example, If you go the route of trying to fix the symptom, but don’t address the 8 days a week or the food that is being eaten or address what is going on in all the different areas of your life such as Relationships be it partners, friends, family or your work environment or if you do any physical activity, or self care… then remedies are like a plaster, or worse as you then think you are well and as time goes on nothing has changed and you are still treating yourself poorly the problem will just resurface.
What that formula is will be individual to you. What works for your colleague, partner, best friend might be the most toxic combination for you. We are all bio-individual.
When we Exceed the speed limit of life, then we start not feeling well – there can be different ways of not feeling well, there is an encyclopaedia of different names to its, pms, arthritis, IBS symptoms, weight gain/loss, brain fog, psoriasis, auto immune diseases etc they are come down to the same thing –Dis-Ease in the body, we took the body and demanded too much and eventually the body shows signs of distress.
Instead of having different names for the body showing dis-ease, as a Functional Nutritional Health coach I look to find the root cause of why our bodies are struggling rather then dealing with the symptoms.
